  • Header Polish - Follow-up tweaks to the new site header: pages with no dated data no longer show a stray "Data as of" stamp, and the club page was widened so the header no longer wraps onto a second line on narrower screens.

  • Pages Now Show the Date the Data Covers - Every page now displays "Data as of <date>" using Toastmasters' own as-of date - the day the figures actually cover - instead of the day our scrape ran. The Daily Report page previously read a day ahead of its own data; it now lines up. Dates before August 6 are inferred from historical records; from August 6 onward they're read straight from Toastmasters.
  • New: Toastmasters Data API (Gauging Interest) - We're weighing a paid, read-only data API for Toastmasters dashboard data. If you'd use one, join the waitlist and tell us what data you need - your answers shape whether and how we build it.
  • Mobile Notice - On phones, a dismissible strip now flags that the site's wide data tables are built for desktop. Dismiss it once and it stays hidden.

  • Faster District Pages - Reworked how each district page finds its latest snapshot, cutting page loads that could take several seconds down to near-instant.

  • New: District Club Success Plans Roll-Up - A new org-wide page lists every district's Club Success Plan progress at a glance - filed vs. remaining, total clubs, and each district's submission rate - ranked and sortable by any column. It levels the per-district CSP tracker up to a single cross-district view. (Beta - feedback welcome.)

  • An All-New Look - The whole site has been redesigned with a cleaner, flat "ledger" layout - clearer type, tidier tables, and a consistent structure across every page.
  • New: Club Success Plan Tracker - A new district page charts Club Success Plan submissions across the year - a month-by-month cumulative graph, a per-club breakdown you can drill into, and a sort toggle - so you can see at a glance how your district is tracking toward the September 30 CSP deadline. Reach it from the district page. (Beta - feedback welcome.)
  • FAQ Page - The methodology page is now a proper FAQ with quick-open questions covering how rankings work, the program-year change, and where the data comes from. It's now linked in the menu on every page.
  • Smarter Scraping Banner - The "data is updating" banner now appears only while a scrape is actually running and clears the moment it finishes, so you can tell whether the numbers are still settling or final.
  • Faster Pages - Internal changes cut page load times: report pages now draw straight from our stored data instead of calling Toastmasters live while the page renders, so they load faster and more reliably.

  • New: Officer Training Status Report - A new page rolls club officer training (DCP Goal 9) up through Area, Division, and District, so you can see training completion at every level. Toggle between training rounds, collapse bands, and export the view to CSV. Reach it from the district page. Counts only - Toastmasters keeps the per-officer training detail behind a District Central login. (Beta - feedback welcome.)

  • Official Paid Clubs Now Shown - District pages now lead with Toastmasters' official Paid Clubs figure instead of a raw active-club count, which could run high by counting ineligible clubs. Paid Clubs also appears on the division page and in the Club Overview grid's band totals. (From District 50 officer feedback.)
  • Official Club Status - Clubs now carry Toastmasters' official status - Active, Low, or Ineligible - shown as a colored badge on club pages and in the Club Overview grid. Falls back to our derived status when the official value isn't published yet.
  • Club Number Its Own Column - In the Club Overview grid, the club number is split out of the club-name cell into its own sortable column.

  • Club Success Plan Status - Club pages now show a status bar for the club's Club Success Plan: submitted on time, pending, or ineligible. A club that hasn't submitted a plan by September 30 is ineligible for any Distinguished recognition that year regardless of goals earned, so this surfaces a deadline that's easy to miss.
  • Clarifying Info Tips - Added "?" tips to the Active Clubs, Total Clubs, and Goals Earned stats to head off common mix-ups - active clubs are not the same as paid clubs, and Goals Earned covers all DCP goals, not just education.
  • ToDo Report Accuracy - Suspended clubs no longer count against a division's paid-clubs goal or clutter the needs list, and each district's ToDo now reads from its own latest snapshot - fixing empty ToDo reports for districts scraped off the main daily cycle.
  • Fresher Reports - Reports now refresh within about 5 minutes of new data instead of sometimes serving a day-old copy from an upstream cache.

  • 2026-2027 Program Year - The platform has rolled over to the new Toastmasters program year, which began July 1. Archived daily reports now display under the program year they belong to, so older sections and coach lists stay intact across the cutover. See the FAQ for how the year change is handled.

  • Report Pages Now Tabbed - The four district report pages - Summary, Daily Report, ToDo, and Health Dashboard - are now organized into tabs instead of one long scroll. Jump straight to the section you need. The tab you're viewing is saved in the page link, so you can bookmark or share a direct link to any section. On phones the tabs collapse into tap-to-open sections.
  • Region Shown on Rank in Region - District pages now display the region number alongside "Rank in Region," so it's clear which region a district is being ranked within.

  • New: Club Overview Grid - A new page lists every club in a district at once, grouped by Division and Area, with membership bands, paid-club and Distinguished counts, and totals rolled up at each level. Collapse bands, switch column presets, sort the columns, or flatten the hierarchy into a single sortable list - then export the whole view to CSV. Reach it from the district page. (Beta - feedback welcome.)

  • District Rankings Are Live - District pages now show "Rank in World" and "Rank in Region" instead of TBD. Rankings are calculated by ReportsTM from the daily DCP numbers - Toastmasters does not publish a district rank - using the Distinguished District basis: how many of the three goals (paid clubs, membership payments, distinguished clubs) a district has met, with the combined percentage toward those goals as the tiebreaker.
    • Rank in Region is not complete yet. Toastmasters has published region numbers for Regions 1-7 only, so districts in Regions 8-14 still show TBD for region rank. Their world rank is unaffected. Region ranks will fill in automatically once Toastmasters publishes the 2026-2027 region assignments.
    • Rankings from July 1, 2026 onward cover currently active districts. Earlier dates rank every district that was reporting at the time, including those retired in the realignment, so historical standings reflect the districts that actually competed then.
  • District Regions Added - Districts now carry their 2026-2027 region assignment, which is what makes region-level comparison possible. Regions 8-14 are pending publication by Toastmasters.

  • Officer Lists Sorted by Division/Area - The club officer submission list on District Daily Reports is now sorted by Division and Area.
  • Upcoming District Alignments - We're making plans to be ready for the upcoming district realignment.

  • Missing Divisions & Clubs Restored - Fixed a parsing bug that caused a division, area, or club to silently disappear once its member total crossed 1,000 (the comma in "1,013" broke the number reader). Number parsing now tolerates commas, blank cells, and dashes, so one bad value no longer drops a whole row.
  • Stale Data Notice - Division and Area pages now show a banner with the snapshot date when the scraped figures are older than the latest club roster, instead of failing to load.

  • Education Award Accuracy - Education achievement records are now de-duplicated, so award counts reflect each award only once.

  • Faster, More Stable Pages - Added a database index that eliminated page timeouts and server crashes under heavy load, especially on Daily Report and district pages.

  • Division & District Member Count Fix - Division and district pages were still showing membership payment totals instead of actual member headcount. These now correctly aggregate from club-level data, matching the club-level fix from March 9.
  • Homepage: Total Members - The homepage stat card now shows "Total Members" across the entire platform instead of "Total Payments."
  • Number Formatting - All numeric values across the site now display with comma separators (e.g., 16,432 instead of 16432) for easier reading.
  • Footer Redesign - Cleaned up the footer layout to a 3-column grid.

  • Club Member Count Fix - Club pages were displaying total membership payments instead of actual member headcount. Member counts are now correctly sourced and reflect the true "Membership to Date" value. (Code change March 9. Showed first on March 10.)

  • Health Dashboard - "Almost There" Club List - The "Have Members, Need 1 More Goal" section now lists the actual clubs, with links to each club's detail page. District leaders can now quickly identify which clubs to target for coaching.
  • Embeddable Club Pages - Club pages can now be embedded via iframe on approved external websites using /embed/club/<id>. Contact us to get your site added.
  • Quick Club Lookup - New shortcut route /club/<id> redirects to the full club page, making it easier to share direct links to any club.

  • Health Dashboard Calculation Accuracy - Updated membership payment targets to use full-precision multipliers from the TM Assessment Worksheet, and fixed target rounding to match official formulas. Previously, targets could be off by 1 due to truncated multipliers and incorrect rounding.
  • Health Dashboard - CSP Tracking Fixed - "Fully Qualified (w/CSP)" now correctly shows clubs with Club Success Plans submitted. A data type mismatch was causing this to always display zero.
  • Visual Refresh - Removed gradient backgrounds from page headers across all pages for a cleaner look. Fixed subtitle readability in headers.
  • Beta Banner Updated - Replaced "Beta version" notice with a link to the Feedback page for reporting errors.
  • Homepage Stat Updated - Changed homepage stat card from "Total Members" to "Total Payments" for more accurate district-level tracking. (Reverted to "Total Members" on March 13 after club-level data was corrected.)
  • Brand Refresh - New logo, updated colors, and improved typography across the platform.
  • Mobile Responsiveness - Improved layout and usability on phones and tablets across all pages.
  • Division Recognition Progress - New tracker showing division-level recognition progress.

  • Page Loading Fix - Fixed slow page loading times on Daily Report pages. Previously, pages could take 15+ seconds to load when CDN cache expired due to timezone boundary issues. Now uses the most recent available data snapshot, reducing load times to under 2 seconds.

  • Club Count Consistency Fix - Fixed inconsistent club counts across Division and Area pages. Previously, some pages showed counts that included suspended clubs while others excluded them. All pages now consistently show active clubs only.
  • Charter Dates Fix - Suspended clubs are now excluded from the Charter Dates page.
  • Officer List Clarification - Added info box on Daily Report noting that individual officer list filing counts may differ from DCP Goal 10 totals on the Summary page.

  • Charter Dates Page - New site-wide page showing all clubs sorted by charter date. Filter by district, sort oldest/newest, and see each club's global rank (oldest club = #1).

  • Club Names Fixed - Officer list tables now display actual club names instead of election type.
